Lucozade is a soft drink manufactured by the Japanese company Suntory and marketed as a range of sports and energy drinks. Created as "Glucozade" in the UK in 1927, it was acquired by the British pharmaceutical company Beecham's in 1938 and sold as an energy drink renamed Lucozade.
Together with BigDog (Formerly Big Communications) in the UK, we worked on an online campaign to help advertise the launch of a new energy drink named Lucozade Alert - a drink that promotes 'mental stimulation'.
Working with the campaign line 'Switch On', we created a series of interactive online banners to engage and encourage users to enter 'The Lucozade Alert Challenge' for a chance to win £25,000. Users had to answer a simple question within the banner to see if they were 'switched on'.
